These cookies are used for Website security and are not used by Delbrook for advertising.
Constant Contact: The VIP registration form is integrated using the Constant Contact WordPress plugin. When you submit the form, the information and preferences you provide are transferred to Delbrook and Constant Contact to manage the VIP list and send communications for which consent has been provided. WordPress session storage: The Website may use temporary browser session storage, including wpEmojiSettingsSupports, to check whether certain Website elements display correctly. This information is not used for advertising and expires with the browser session.
As of the effective date, the Website does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, reCAPTCHA, embedded maps or embedded video players. This notice will be updated before additional analytics services, advertising pixels or embedded tools are introduced.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect Website functionality or security.
5. Sharing, Service Providers and International Processing

6. Retention, Deletion and Security

- Manage the VIP list, inquiries and customer relationships.
- Administer a purchase or transaction.
- Maintain evidence of consent and unsubscribe requests.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, warranty and record-keeping obligations.

Retention periods depend on the nature and sensitivity of the information, its purpose, the individual’s relationship with Delbrook and applicable legal requirements.
